This Privacy Policy describes how Great Agency Inc. ("we," "us") — operating insureautohaulers.com — collects, uses, and shares information about visitors and applicants.

Information We Collect

• Application data: business name, DOT/MC, addresses, owner details, driver and vehicle schedules, coverage preferences, and uploaded documents (loss runs, IFTAs, MVRs).
• Carrier lookup data: we query the FMCSA SAFER / MCMIS systems using the DOT number you provide to pre-fill your carrier profile.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention, and ESIGN audit trails.

How We Use It

• To prepare, submit, and service insurance quotes and policies on your behalf;
• To obtain motor vehicle records and consumer reports for underwriting, with your FCRA-compliant authorization;
• To communicate with you about quotes, binding, and policy servicing, including by email, phone, and text (with your TCPA consent);
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and insurance-carrier requirements.

Who We Share With

• Insurance carriers and their MGAs/MGUs to obtain quotes and bind coverage;
• MVR and consumer-reporting agencies (with consent);
• Regulatory authorities when required;
• Service providers (email delivery, document storage, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain application materials for as long as necessary to service your policy and to comply with insurance recordkeeping laws — typically the longer of seven years or any applicable carrier/regulator requirement.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing dz@greatins.com. Some information we are required to retain to comply with insurance regulation.
